Robert S. Myong is a litigation associate whose practice areas include employment matters, business disputes, personal injury matters, appeals, and general litigation.
Robert represents employees and employers in all aspects of litigation filed in state and federal court, arbitration, or before state administrative agencies. He has substantial experience litigating lawsuits dealing with discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, Labor Code violations, and various other statutory claims. Robert also has substantial experience litigating complex wage and hour actions alleging misclassification, unpaid overtime, meal and rest periods violations, travel time, off-the-clock work, and Business and Professions Code sections 17200 et seq. Robert is also a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the State Bar of California.
Robert received his law degree from Whittier Law School with a concentration in business law. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California.
