Ms. Tran is an associate attorney at the firm. Ms. Tran received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Economics from the University of Hawaii, Manoa in 2004 and her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2009. While obtaining her law degree, she was a certified law clerk for several organizations, including the Employee Rights Center, The Public Defender’s Office of San Diego, Hiden Rott and Oertle, LLP, and the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer’s Program Domestic Violence Center where she was awarded pro bono honors for her work. During law school Ms. Tran was the President of the Criminal Law Society for two consecutive years and was a member of the mediation team that took 4th out of 20 teams in an California Environmental Negotiation Competition.
Ms. Tran is admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California and is a member of the California State Bar, San Diego County Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and Vietnamese American Bar Association of Southern California. She has been a member of the bar since 2010.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Tran practiced employment litigation, real estate litigation, and family law with a solo practitioner.
Ms. Tran grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii and is fluent in Vietnamese.
